"Greengraf" is my own anglisisation of the Irish for photographer: grianghrafadóir. Yes, in a way, I named my business Photography Photography.
In 2017 I started Greengraf Photography with the intent of turning what was a therapeutic and creative outlet into a full-time profession. My photographic style is clean and natural, but I also appreciate bold colours when the need arises.
Due to the lottery of birth, I grew up in County Kerry, Ireland. Naturally, I gravitated towards landscape photography. I quickly progressed into other genres as more avenues opened up and eventually realised that, not only did I have a flair for interior photography, but I loved the process too.
Because of the skills that I have developed, I get to photograph some wonderfully quirky Airbnb properties. I also work with construction companies, interior designers, and brands in order to fulfill their photographic needs.
As a side-note, my somewhat eccentric writing landed me a position as a freelance writer with Fstoppers.com — a popular online resource for photographers, with whom I am now a Senior Writer.
Finally, through my passion for nature, my formal education in Biology and Environmental Studies, and my skill behind the lens, I have developed a niche for myself as a conservation photographer. I have contributed images to several organisations in Africa, and my work with some of them is continuous.
Please hire me — I need to feed my cat.
